Panther Passage Host/Hostess Information

 

There will be two hosts/hostesses per shift. The main responsibility of the host/hostess is to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. You will be there to greet the validators as they arrive, to get them checked in, give them their materials and instructions and escort them to their assigned conference room. Secondly, you will need to make sure that the student scheduled for that time has also arrived. While the presentations are taking place you might be asked to file paperwork, update the schedule, send out reminders and replenish the refreshment table for the volunteers.

The table below shows the dates and time slots that volunteers are needed. If you are interested in being a Host/Hostess, please click on the date you would like to volunteer.  When the shifts appear, click on the appropriate shift, and fill in the information requested.  You will receive confirmation of your shift immediately, and also a secondary email confirmation.
